New method of control of quality and safety of alcohol and alcohol-containing products
- Basic idea: the use of ethanol as an internal standard for the quantitative determination of volatile compounds in alcohol and alcohol-containing products directly in milligrams per litre (mg/L) of anhydrous alcohol (Absolute Alcohol – AA) without using the traditional procedure of introducing the internal standard substance in the test sample.
